• GETTING IN!

  Doors open for The Peach After Dark Pre-party (Friday, July 12) at 8PM. Music will start approximately at 9:00PM. The Disco Biscuits will play two sets.

   

  Doors open for Island Waterpark (Saturday, July 13) at 11:00AM for GA+, VIP and Super VIP Ticket holders. Music starts at 11:00AM

   

  Doors open on Saturday, July 13 for The Peach at The Beach (Main Event) at 2:00PM for GA Ticket holders. Music starts at 3:00PM

   

  Tickets have been delivered to your mobile device. You will be able to transfer passes on Friday, July 12 at 2:00PM.

• BOX OFFICE

  The box office for the Disco Biscuits event will open on 8pm and close at 10:30pm on Friday, July 12. Located outside of the Bourbon Ballroom.

   

  The box office for The Peach at The Beach will open on 10:00am and close at 9:30pm on Saturday, July 13. The main box office is located across from the De•Fine gift shop.

   

  The box office for Marco Benevento and Friends on Saturday, July 13 will be open at 11pm and close at 1am.

   

  VIP / Super VIP will call is by the main entrance across from the de•fine gift shop.

   

  GA+ Check-in is located at the waterpark check-in counter to the left of the hotel check-in counter.

   

  All box office locations are cashless.

• ID GUIDELINES

  Acceptable forms of ID include:

  • US government-issued driver license or ID card displaying a photograph and date of birth.
  • US or foreign government-issued passport displaying a photograph and date of birth.
  • Foreign government-issued driver license with a color photocopy of a foreign government-issued passport with both documents displaying both a photograph and date of birth.

   

  The following forms of ID will not be accepted:

  • School identification cards. Consular identification cards.
  • Expired identification of any kind, even if listed on the “Acceptable” list.
  • Birth certificates.
  • Photocopies of any identification document except as noted in the “Acceptable” list.

• BAG POLICY

  Clear reusable bags are welcome inside the venue as long as they are 12”x 6”x 12” or smaller. No clear plastic shopping/grocery bags will be permitted. Hydration packs (i.e. camelbaks) that are 2L or smaller and clutch purses/wallets that are 4.5”x 6.5” or smaller do not have to be clear. Medically necessary bags are welcome.

   

  Hydration packs (ie. Camelbaks) must be empty upon arrival.

   

  *PLEASE NOTE: ALL PATRONS AND ALL BAGS WILL BE SEARCHED AS YOU ENTER THE EVENT. ANY AND ALL CONFISCATED ITEMS OR ANY ITEMS VOLUNTARILY SURRENDERED, WILL NOT BE HELD, CHECKED OR RETURNED.

• ADA INFORMATION

  All exits / entrances are ADA accessible.

   

  There will be an ADA viewing area by the main stage.

   

  ADA Guest Services will have a location by the main entrance for all inquiries.

• CASHLESS PAYMENT

  Please note food and beverage for purchase offerings will be available via cashless payment. Acceptable forms of payment include credit cards, debit card, Apple pay & Google pay.

• Can we bring chairs?

  Yes! Low profile (seat no more than 9 inches off the ground)

   

  Chairs can not be setup within proximity to the stage including VIP areas.

• Can we bring blankets?

  Of course!

• Can I bring an umbrella?

  Yes!

   

  Small portable umbrellas without pointed ends are permitted. No full-sized, oversized, or beach umbrellas will be permitted.

   

   

• Can I bring sunscreen?

  Yes!

   

  Sunscreen is permitted but please no aerosol cans. Aerosol cans will be confiscated and not permitted on event grounds.

• Will kids tickets be available?

  Yes!

   

  Kids tickets (12 and under) are available for purchase on-site at the main box office located just off of the main entrance from Pacific avenue for $20.

   

  Waterpark access will be available for an additional $49.

• I bought a GA Ticket can I get into the Waterpark?

  GA Passes are for the main concert area only. If you would like to upgrade to receive waterpark access, click HERE.

• What's the deal with tapers?

  Tapers are permitted. There will be no plug ins available and stands can only be lifted to head height.

• WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?

  This event is rain or shine.
