  • When is The Peach at The Beach?

  • Do you have to be 21 years or older to attend?

    There is no age requirement and families are welcome; more information on children’s tickets to come.

  • Are VIP tickets available?

    Yes! VIP Tickets are available HERE.

  • Are travel packages available?

  • Are there refunds?

    All tickets are non-refundable.

  • What happens if it rains?

    The Peach at the Beach will be held rain or shine.

  • Where should I park?

    Showboat offers a self-park garage, a surface lot & valet services, all for a fee.

  • Is parking included with my ticket?

    Parking is not included with your event ticket.

  • What is your bag policy?

    Clear reusable bags are welcome inside the festival venue as long as they are 12”x 6”x 12” or smaller. No clear plastic shopping/grocery bags will be permitted. Hydration packs (i.e. camelbaks) that are 2L or smaller and clutch purses/wallets that are 4.5”x 6.5” or smaller do not have to be clear. Medically necessary bags are welcome.

     

    Hydration packs (ie. Camelbaks) must be empty upon arrival.

     

    There will be a Security Checkpoint that will evaluate all guests and bags entering the venue.

     

    *PLEASE NOTE: ALL PATRONS AND ALL BAGS WILL BE SEARCHED AS YOU ENTER THE EVENT. ANY AND ALL CONFISCATED ITEMS OR ANY ITEMS VOLUNTARILY SURRENDERED, WILL NOT BE HELD, CHECKED OR RETURNED.

     

  • Is there re-entry?

    VIP & GA+ will be able to scan out of the event until 5P.  Reentry is not allowed at all for General Admission Patrons or after 5P for VIP & GA+.

  • Can I purchase tickets at the door?

    Yes, but this is a mobile only event. It is recommended that guests purchase tickets in advance

  • I don't have a credit card; do you accept other forms of payment?

    This is a cashless event; you will need a credit or debit card for purchases.

  • Is the event completely outdoors?

    VIP, Super VIP, & GA+ ticket holders will have access to the Indoor Waterpark & Island Bar. General Admission ticket holders will not have access to the Waterpark; however, they are welcome to visit the Indoor Island Bar.

  • Where is the stage?

    The stage is located outside, between the Waterpark & Boardwalk

  • If the show is outside, what is happening inside the Waterpark during the show?

    There will be DJ sets playing inside the Waterpark during the outdoor music breaks

  • Will I have access to the Island Waterpark during the event?

    GA+, VIP and Super VIP tickets holders will have access to the Island Waterpark

  • Can I wear a bathing suit and go into the pool at the Waterpark during the event

    Yes!

  • Are there lockers available so I can store my stuff?

    Yes, the Island Waterpark has lockers available for a fee.

  • Can I bring my own food and drink?

    Outside Food or Beverage is not permitted inside the event.

  • What type of food will be available at the event?

    There will be a variety of food options available – more information coming soon!

The following items are ALLOWED:

• Medical style masks subject to inspection.
• Small clear reusable bags or containers allowed up to 12” x 6” x 12” or smaller. Bags larger than a small clutch bag (4.5” x 6.5”) should be composed of clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC with a single compartment.
• Hydration packs (i.e. camelbaks) that are 2L or smaller and clutch purses/wallets that are 4.5”x 6.5” or smaller do not have to be clear. Medically necessary bags are also welcome. Hydration packs (ie. Camelbaks) must be empty upon arrival.
• Hydration packs and bags larger than mentioned above must be clear.
• Empty water bottles, including reusable and disposable water bottles
• Non-professional cameras
• Lighters
• Sealed: cigarette packages, tampons, packs of gum, and chapstick/lip gloss
• Prescription and OTC medications subject to specific conditions***
• Factory-sealed, non-refillable electronic or vapor cigarettes


***Special Note About Prescription and OTC Medications: Prescription medication are allowed only in the original prescription bottle, any guests attempting to bring in prescription medication must have a government-issued photo identification card that matches the name printed on the prescription, and the pills in the bottle must match the description printed on the prescription.

Over-the-counter medications are allowed in provided that they are new and the original, factory-sealed container.

The following items are PROHIBITED:

• Non clear bags or containers larger than 12” x 6” x 12” (or exceeding 864 cubic inches total volume). Clear bags larger than a small clutch bag (4.5” x 6.5”) should be composed of clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC with a single compartment.
• Backpacks and other multi-compartment bags larger than a small clutch bag (4.5” x 6.5”). An exception may be made for medically necessary after proper inspection. Please note these items will be searched and tagged. ***No large, framed packs permitted.
• Over the head helmets or full costume heads
• Weapons of any kind
• Glass in any form
• Any professional cameras, any video, and/or any audio equipment (including Go Pros)
• Tripods, monopods, and selfie-sticks
• Unsealed: cigarette packages, tampons, packs of gum, chap stick/lip gloss
• Eye drops
• Focus light beam devices of any kind, including laser pointers
• Balloons, balls, Frisbees, and/or any other projectile
• Pacifiers
• Stuffed animals or dolls
• Marker, pens, and spray paint
• Flyers, stickers, and posters or anything deemed to be a promotional item
• Flammable products or materials and sprays
• Illegal substances of any kind
• Drug paraphernalia
• Vitamins
• Waterguns, water balloons, and/or any other kind of water projectile
• Any item that can be used as a weapon, including wallet chains
• Any item that can be used as a means to disturb the peace, endanger the safety of the crowd, and/or inflict damage to people and goods
• Fireworks, pyrotechnics, or any other kind of explosive
• Instruments

• Pets (except service animals with a current rabies certification)

• Drones
