Festival Check-In Times

Fans with Onsite RV Passes can arrive to the festival grounds beginning at 7am on August 10.

Fans with Onsite Parking for Camping can arrive to the festival grounds beginning at 10am on August 10.

Fans with VIP Day Parking can arrive to the festival grounds beginning at 3pm on August 10.

Fans with Offsite RV Passes can arrive to the Offsite RV Lot beginning at 7am on August 10.

Campers who are parking offsite can arrive to the Free Offsite Lots beginning at 10am on August 10.

Day Parkers can arrive to the Free Offsite Lots beginning at 2pm on August 10.

Shuttles from the Offsite Parking lots & Offsite RV Lot will start running to festival grounds at 10am on August 10.

Hotel Shuttles will start running to the festival grounds at 2pm on August 10.

If you arrive earlier than the times listed above, you will be turned away.


Box Office + Will Call Info

The Main Box Office / Will Call will be located OFFSITE at the Shoppes at Montage located at 1035 Shoppes Blvd, Moosic, PA 18507 (between Starbucks and the ATT store). This Box Office will be open 24×7 starting 6am Thursday through Sunday at 10pm.

There will also be three onsite box offices located on the festival grounds. These Box Offices will be open from 8am – 10pm for customer service issues only. Any ticket pickup or purchases should be done at the Offsite Box Office.


Directions

From 81 south, take Exit 182, Montage Mountain Road and follow appropriate signage to parking areas.

From 81 north, take Exit 182A Montage Mountain Road and follow appropriate signage to parking areas.

PLEASE NOTE: The Northeastern Pennsylvania Airshow will be occurring the same weekend of the Peach Music Festival. The airshow will be held at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport so there may be increased traffic in the area this weekend. In addition, due to safety/security reasons related to the airshow, the PA Turnpike plans to close the Northeast Extension to all traffic at the following  times:

  • Friday, August 11 from 12:15pm to 1:45pm
  • Saturday, August 12 from 1:30pm to 4:00pm
  • Sunday, August 13 from 1:30pm to 4:00pm

Children’s Tickets

For 4-Day GA Passes, all children 5 and under do not require a ticket. For children ages 10 and under, GA tickets are $60 and available at the gate. All children, regardless of age, will still need a camping pass, VIP, Super VIP or Reserved Pass to access those areas.


Re-Entry

Re-Entry is permitted with a festival pass.


Festival Grounds

When you are entering the festival grounds from the campground or as a non-camper, you will be subject to search. Please follow the CAMPING GUIDELINES ON WHAT IS ALLOWED/PROHIBITED. There are some items that are allowed in the campground, but NOT ALLOWED onto the festival grounds including: alcohol, tents, canopies, and cooking stoves.


Free Water

Free water stations are located through out the festival grounds, camping area & RV lots. Please see festival map for location details and make sure to stay hydrated Peach fans!


Medical + Security

24 hour medical service is available in the campground & RV Lots. Medical Service is also available during festival hours by each stage.


Recycling + Trash

Upon check-in, campers will get a black bag for trash and a clear bag for recycling. We encourage campers to place their trash/recycling along the edge of the service road in the campground for easy pickup.


Beer + Concessions

We will have a wide variety of craft, import and domestic beers. If you’re looking for mixed drinks, they are available at concession stands throughout the venue. The Peach will have a large selection of food including classic concert foods such as: hot dogs, Angus beef burgers, chicken fingers, pizza, french fries, funnel cake, gyros, fresh squeezed lemonade, water ice & more. We’ve also added festival favorites such as: portabella burgers, tacos, burritos, falafel, variety of wraps/sandwiches, rice bowls, perogies, smoothies, breakfast options, coffee, donuts, Thai food, gourmet grilled cheese, bbq plus a variety of vegetarian and vegan options.


Restrooms + Showers

Full service restrooms are available at the main level & lower level of the Montage Mountain Waterpark Lodge and the south plaza of the pavilion (by the Peach Stage). The lower level of the Montage Mountain Waterpark Lodge will be open 24 hours a day. Portable restrooms will be stationed through out the festival grounds & camping area. Hot showers & outdoor showers are available at the Montage Mountain Waterpark. Hot showers cost $5


Ice

Ice will be available at Camp HQ, at the lodge and RV parking area.


Lockers

Lockers are available for rent at the Lodge located inside the Waterpark.


Guest Services

Guest Services will be located at Pavilion at Montage Box Office (located near the Grove Stage) & the Upper Box Office (located in the Camping parking lot). Guest Services can help with lost and found items, accessibility seating, wristband issues, answering questions about the Peach Music Festival and upcoming events at Montage Mountain.


Alcohol Checkpoint

Due to PA liquor laws (Montage Mountain and The Pavilion are under separate liquor licenses), there is a checkpoint before you enter Skydog Way that you will be required to finish your alcoholic beverage before you proceed. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.


Golf Carts

If someone driving a golf cart or gator at The Peach Music Festival offers you a ride in exchange for cash, please do not take the ride. If you can, take the person’s name and send us an email at Carts@PeachMusicFest.com


Camping Check-In

Campers can begin checking in on Thursday, August 10 at 10am. Camping closes Monday, August 14 at 12pm ET.

Camping Check-in Instructions: As you pull into Gate 3, please have your Festival & Camping wristband on. If you or a person in the vehicle needs a festival ticket or a camping pass, please go to the Offsite Box Office located at the Shoppes at Montage before heading up the Mountain.

After checking in, follow staff instructions for parking your vehicle in the camping parking lot, then take your gear and head to the closest marked shuttle pickup. Your gear will be searched prior to hopping on the shuttle to the campground.


Onsite RV Camping

Onsite RV’s can begin checking in on Thursday, August 10 at 7am. Lot closes Monday, August 14 at 12pm ET. All Onsite RV’s will enter at GATE 1. A hangtag will be required for the RV and it serves as your RV spot as well as a camping pass for one person. All patrons staying in the RV must have a camping wristband.

Before you arrive, please make sure all passengers have their Festival & Camping wristbands on. If passengers in the RV need a Festival or Camping wristband, please go to the Offsite Box Office at the Shoppes at Montage before heading up the mountain. Upon arrival, RV’s are subject to search. They will be directed to the RV parking area, with spaces available on a first come first served basis.

Due to space limitations, no companion vehicles (including motorcycles) will be permitted in the lower lot and must be directed to offsite parking lot. Towed vehicles (RV towed by a pickup, for example), must not exceed a combined length of 45’. Total space occupied by the RV (including awnings, extensions, furniture, grills, etc) may not exceed 20’ wide by 45’ deep. No electric is provided with the RV parking pass, though waste water removal is available daily for a fee.


Offsite RV Camping

Offsite RV’s can begin checking in on Thursday, August 10 at 7am. Lot closes Monday, August 14 at 12pm ET. The Offsite RV Lot is located at PNC Field (235 Montage Mountain Rd. Moosic, PA 18507).

A hangtag will be required for the Offiste RV and it serves as your RV spot as well as a camping pass for one person. All patrons staying in the RV must have a camping wristband.

Before you arrive, please make sure all passengers have their Festival + Camping wristband on. If passengers in the RV need a Festival or Camping wristband, please go to the Offsite Box Office at the Shoppes at Montage before heading to the offsite lot. Upon arrival, RV’s are subject to search. After the search, you will be directing to the parking area, with spaces available on a first come first served basis.

Due to space limitations, no companion vehicles (including motorcycles) will be permitted next to your RV. Companion vehicles must be parked in the general parking area at PNC Field. Towed vehicles (RV towed by a pickup, for example), must not exceed a combined length of 45’. Total space occupied by the RV (including awnings, extensions, furniture, grills, etc) may not exceed 20’ wide by 45’ deep. No electric is provided with the RV parking pass, though waste water removal is available daily for a fee.


Camping Items: Allowed

• General camping items not on the Prohibited Items list (tent, canopies, tarps, etc)
• Two (2) bulk alcohol items per person in aluminum or plastic containers only. Campground only, festival site not permitted. Must use wagons to take alcohol into campground. No glass containers of any kind. “Bulk alcohol” is defined as any 2 of the following items: One (1) case (24 cans) of beer or malt-based beverage, One (1) 1.75 litre plastic bottle of hard alcohol, One (1) 4 litre box of wine.
• Cooking appliances under the following conditions: Campground only, festival site not permitted. Must bear a certification from a nationally-recognized certification agency
Must only use propane as the primary fuel.Maximum amount of propane per campsite may not exceed 20 pounds.
• Prescription medications are allowed under the following conditions: Must be in the original prescription bottle. Guests with prescription medications must provide a government-issued photo ID that matches the name printed on the prescription container. The description of the medication must be printed on the prescription container. Multiple prescription medications may not be mixed into a single container – each individual medication requires its own prescription container. Medical personnel reserve the right to require guests to check in bulk amounts of prescription medication for the duration of the event.
• Empty water bottles, including reusable and disposable water bottles
• Empty CamelBak-style water bladder systems
• Non-professional cameras
• Cell phones
• Lighters
• Sunglasses and hats
• Guide dogs for people with disabilities and other service animals with current rabies certification
• Totems if built in a manner that is safe (no totems underneath the tent at the Peach Stage)


Camping Items: Not Allowed

The following items are prohibited in the Camping / RV Areas

• Pets of any kind (except service animals with current rabies vaccination)
• Bulk alcohol over the amount in the Allowed Items, including kegs
• Any item that can be used as a weapon
• Drugs or drug paraphernalia
• Glass containers of any kind
• Open flame of any kind
• Generators of any kind (except in RV area)
• Golf carts or other motorized conveyances
• Drones, remote-operated, and/or autonomous vehicles of any kind
• Heating appliances of any kind
• Amplified sound systems (small ipod docks ok)
• Tiki torches, fireworks, fuel, or incendiary devices of any kind
• Focus light beam devices, including laser pointers
• Any item that can be used as a means to disturb the peace, endanger the safety of the crowd, and/or inflict damage to people and goods
• Flyers, stickers, and posters
• Charcoal grills


Family Camping

There will be a family/quiet camping area in the campgrounds (see designated area on map). Quiet hours will be enforced nightly from midnight through 7am.


ADA Camping

Enter at Gate 3 in the upper parking lot.

ADA Campers can begin checking in on Thursday, August 10 at 10am. ADA Camping closes Monday, August 14 at 12pm ET.

ADA Camping Check-in Instructions: As you pull into Gate 3, please have your Festival & Camping Wristbands on. If you or a person in the vehicle needs a festival ticket or a camping pass, please go to the Offsite Box Office at the Shoppes at Montage before heading up the Mountain.

After checking in, staff will direct you to the ADA Camping Area. Your gear will be searched.


Wildlife

Please be aware of your surroundings in the campground as related to wildlife – specific areas will be marked. Remember we are in the mountains in the Northeast, which hosts a variety of wildlife including insects, snakes, deer, turkeys, etc. Please do not approach any wildlife. Go to security for assistance. Additionally, keep a clean camp. Put all food in containers and put trash in bags provided for pickup. Leave no trace!


Hotel Shuttles

If you are staying in a hotel on Montage Mountain or Downtown Scranton, we will be offering a paid $30 (plus service fee) shuttle service during festival hours. Shuttles will run daily on a continuous loop between your hotel and the venue starting 30 minutes before music begins until 60 minutes after performances end each day (Thursday-Sunday).

These shuttles will drop off and pick up at Gate 1 next to RV camping. You can purchase your Hotel Shuttle Pass here or at any of the Hotels listed below. Shuttles are available from the following hotels:

Courtyard, Towne Place Suites, Spring Hills Suites Montage Mountain
Hampton Inn Montage, Comfort Suites Montage


Offsite Parking Shuttles

Shuttles from PNC Field & the Gold lot will be continuous 24/7 from Thursday, August 10 at 7am until Monday, August 14 at 12pm ET. Shuttles will run on a frequent loop during the times listed below. Outside of these times, shuttles will run much less frequently.

Thursday, August 10: starting at 10am for Campers & 2pm for Day Parkers
Friday, August 11: 11am – 3am
Saturday, August 12: 11am – 3am
Sunday, August 13: 11am – 11pm
Monday, August 14: 6am – Noon

All shuttles for day parking and offsite parking for camping will drop off and pick up at the TOP LOOP of Montage Mountain.


Onsite Parking

A Parking Pass will be required to be permitted onsite with a vehicle.

Only acceptable passes are: Onsite Parking for Camping Pass, RV Pass, VIP Day Parking Pass, VIP Parking For Camping Pass, or ADA Camping Pass.

There are box offices located near all onsite parking lots for customer service issues. If you need to pick your passes up at will call or purchase a pass, please go to the Offsite Box Office at the Shoppes At Montage before heading up the mountain.

VIP Parking For Camping will follow Montage Mountain Rd to signs for GATE 3

ADA Camping will follow Montage Mountain Rd to signs for GATE 3 please make sure you’ve coordinated with ADA@PeachMusicFest.com

ADA Day Parking with plate/placard will follow will follow Montage Mountain Rd to signs for GATE 2. Please note that once the Onsite ADA Parking is filled, ADA Fans will park for free in an ADA space offsite & take an ADA Shuttle to the festival grounds

Important note: Once you park onsite, you cannot leave and come back to park onsite. You will be directed to park in the offsite lots.


Offsite Parking

If you do not have an onsite parking pass, you will be parking FREE of charge at the GOLD LOT (2 Glenmaura Dr. Moosic, PA 18507).

Once the Gold lot is full, the remainder of fans will park for FREE at PNC Field (235 Montage Mountain Rd. Moosic, PA 18507).
If you parking in the Offsite RV Lot, please go directly to PNC Field (235 Montage Mountain Rd. Moosic, PA 18507).
Campers parking offsite will be permitted into the offsite lots on Thursday, August 10 at 10am (if you arrive earlier, you will be turned away).
Day Parkers will be permitted into the offsite lots on Thursday, August 10 at 2pm (if you arrive earlier, you will be turned away).
Offsite Parking Shuttles will begin running to the festival grounds at 10am.
Please pay attention to all electronic road signs for the most up to date parking information.
