Festival Check-In Times

Fans with Onsite RV Passes can arrive to the festival grounds beginning at 7am on July 25.

Fans with Onsite Parking for Camping can arrive to the festival grounds beginning at 7:30am on July 25.

Fans with VIP Day Parking or Glamping Parking can arrive to the festival grounds beginning at 2pm on July 25.

Fans with Offsite RV Passes can arrive to the Offsite RV Lot beginning at 7am on July 25.

Campers who are parking offsite can arrive to the Free Offsite Lots beginning at 7:30am on July 25.

Day Parkers can arrive to the Free Offsite Lots beginning at 2pm on July 25.

Shuttles from the Offsite Parking lots & Offsite RV Lot will start running to festival grounds at 7:30am on July 25.

Hotel Shuttles will start running to the festival grounds 30 minutes before music starts.

If you arrive earlier than the times listed above, you will be turned away.

***Important Camping Entry Note***

We will have more Peach people camping than any previous year!  Our goal is to accommodate all in a quick and orderly fashion and we have 2x the number of buses and wagons to do so.  So we are kindly asking that you PLEASE only make one trip with your gear between 7:30 am -1 pm on Thursday. If you can wait until Friday for a second trip, even better!  This will allow us to utilize the buses and wagons as efficiently as possible + allow all campers to get the necessities onsite to claim their spot. Box Office + Will Call Info

The Peach Offsite Box Office is located at the Shoppes at Montage (2411 Shoppes Blvd, Moosic, PA 18507, next to the Victoria’s Secret)  and is open during the following times:

  • Wednesday, July 24 – 6pm – midnight
  • Thursday, July 25 – 6am – midnight
  • Friday – Sunday, July 26 – 28 – 8am-10pm

There will also be three onsite box offices located on the festival grounds. These Box Offices will be open Thurs-Sun from 9am – 10pm for customer service issues only. Any ticket pickup or purchases should be done at the Offsite Box Office.

Camping Check-In

Campers can begin checking in on Thursday, July 25 at 7:30am.

Camping closes Monday, July 29 at 12pm ET.

Camping Check-in Instructions: As you pull into Gate 3, please have your Festival & Camping wristband on and parking pass/hangtag on your vehicle (sticker will go on the upper part of the driver’s side windshield). If you or a person in the vehicle needs a festival ticket or a camping pass, please go to the Offsite Box Office located at the Shoppes at Montage before heading up the Mountain.

After checking in, follow staff instructions for parking your vehicle in the camping parking lot, then take your gear and head to the closest marked shuttle pickup. Your gear will be searched prior to hopping on the shuttle to the campground.

Uber / Taxis

From Thursday, July 25 7:30am – 10pm: Uber / Taxis can drop you off at an offsite parking lot. From there, you will take a free shuttle to the festival grounds.

After 10pm on Thursday, July 25: Uber / Taxis can drop-off & pick-up at Gate 1.

Uber / Taxis will not be able to come up the mountain until 10pm on Thursday, July 25. If you are coming before that time, you will need to be dropped off at the closest offsite lot.

VIP / Reserved Seating

During the following sets, the 100 level (under the Pavilion) will be reserved for SVIP, VIP & Reserved Pass holders.:

  • Thursday: No Reserved Seating
  • Friday: moe. & The String Cheese Incident
  • Saturday: Greensky Bluegrass & Trey Anastasio Band
  • Sunday: Warren Haynes + Grace Potter & Phil Lesh & Friends

Children’s Tickets

For 4-Day GA Passes, all children 5 and under do not require a ticket. For children ages 10 and under, GA tickets are $75 (All-In / Inclusive of Camping) and available at the Peach Offsite Box Office. All children, regardless of age, will still need a VIP, Super VIP or Reserved Pass to access those areas.

Festival Grounds – Allowed Items

When you are entering the festival grounds from the campground or as a non-camper, you will be subject to search. The following items will be allowed inside the festival grounds:

  • 1 Gallon Water Container per person– either completely empty or factory sealed
  • Lawn Chairs
  • Blankets
  • Small Umbrellas
  • Backpacks/Purses (subject to search)
  • Sealed Cigarettes
  • Cell Phones
  • Lighters
  • Sunglasses and Hats
  • Hula Hoops, Poi Balls & Flowlights
  • Guide dogs for people with disabilities and other service animals with current rabies certification
  • Prescription and OTC medications subject to specific conditions*
  • CamelBak-style water bladder systems subject to specific conditions**

Please Note: There are some items that are allowed in the campground, but not allowed into the festival grounds including: alcohol, tents, canopies, food items & cooking stoves. Please see the Campground Allowed / Prohibited Item Lists for what is allowed inside the campground + RV areas.

*Prescription medications are allowed only in the original prescription bottle, any persons attempting to bring in prescription medication must have a government-issued photo identification card that matches the name printed on the prescription, and the pills in the bottle must match the description printed on the prescription. Further, if a patron has mixed multiple pills in a single prescription container or if a person is attempting to enter with prescription pills in a non-prescription container, medical representatives should be involved to make the final determination about whether or not such pills are to be allowed in the venue.

*Over-the-counter medications are allowed in provided that they are new and the original, factory- sealed container.

** CamelBak-style water bladder systems are allowed empty into the festival site, however the water bladders themselves must be capable of being removed from the carrier and must be transparent enough to allow security to visually inspect the empty bladder. CamelBak-style water bladder carriers must have no more than two (2) main compartments and one (1) small compartment – anything larger will not be allowed. Any CamelBak-style water bladder system that has a bladder that cannot be removed from the carrier and/or is opaque enough to prevent visual inspection will not be allowed into the festival site.

  • NO2
  • Outside Food / Beverage
  • Alcohol
  • Coolers
  • Amplified Sound Systems
  • Pets of Any Kind (except service animals with current rabies vaccination)
  • Medical or Recreational-use Marijuana
  • Drones
  • Fireworks, Fuel, or Incendiary Devices of Any Kind
  • Focus Light Beam Devices, including laser pointers
  • Camping Equipment such as tents, canopies & cooking stoves.
  • Flyers, Stickers, and Posters
  • Vitamins
  • Any item that can be used as a means to disturb the peace, endanger the safety of the crowd, and/or inflict damage to people and goods

Campground – Allowed Items

  • General Camping Items Not on the Prohibited Items List (tent, canopies, tarps, etc)

  • Two (2) Bulk Alcohol Item Per Person in Aluminum or Plastic Containers Only. Campground only, festival site not permitted. No glass containers of any kind. “Bulk alcohol” is defined as One (1) case (24 cans) of beer or malt-based beverage. One (1) 1.75 litre plastic bottle of hard alcohol. One (1) 4 litre box of wine.
  • Cooking Appliances Under the Following Conditions: Campground only, festival site not permitted. Must bear a certification from a nationally-recognized certification agency. Must only use propane as the primary fuel. Maximum amount of propane per campsite may not exceed 20 pounds.
  • Prescription Medications (please see special section below)*
  • Empty water bottles, including reusable and disposable water bottles
  • Empty CamelBak-style water bladder systems (please see special section below)**
  • Non-professional Cameras

Free water stations are located through out the festival grounds, camping area & RV lots. Please see our festival map for location details and make sure to stay hydrated Peach fans!

 

Information / Help Services

This year, The Peach will feature 3 new locations for non-ticket related support with directions, where to find your favorite falafel wrap and more. The new locations are in the main onsite parking lot/RV area, circle shuttle drop off and in the main festival grounds.

OnSite RVs

Onsite RV’s can begin checking in on Thursday, July 25 at 7am. Lot closes Monday, July 29 at 12pm ET.

All Onsite RV’s will enter at GATE 1. A parking sticker will be required for the RV. All patrons staying in the RV must have a camping wristband.

Before you arrive, please make sure all passengers have their Festival & Camping wristbands on and onsite RV parking pass affixed to the driver’s side windshield. If passengers in the RV need a Festival or Camping wristband, please go to the Offsite Box Office at the Shoppes at Montage before heading up the mountain. Upon arrival, RV’s are subject to search. They will be directed to the RV parking area, with spaces available on a first come first served basis.

Due to space limitations, no companion vehicles (including motorcycles) will be permitted in the lower lot and must be directed to offsite parking lot. Towed vehicles (RV towed by a pickup, for example), must not exceed a combined length of 45’. Total space occupied by the RV (including awnings, extensions, furniture, grills, etc) may not exceed 20’ wide by 45’ deep. No electric is provided with the RV parking pass, though waste water removal is available daily for a fee.

Offsite RV Camping

Offsite RV’s can begin checking in on Thursday, July 25 at 7am. Lot closes Monday, July 29 at 12pm ET.

The Offsite RV Lot is located at PNC Field (235 Montage Mountain Rd. Moosic, PA 18507).

A parking sticker will be required for the Offiste RV. All patrons staying in the RV must have a camping wristband.

Before you arrive, please make sure all passengers have their Festival + Camping wristband on and offsite RV parking pass affixed to the driver’s side windshield. If passengers in the RV need a Festival or Camping wristband, please go to the Offsite Box Office at the Shoppes at Montage before heading to the offsite lot. Upon arrival, RV’s are subject to search. After the search, you will be directed to the parking area, with spaces available on a first come first served basis.

Due to space limitations, no companion vehicles (including motorcycles) will be permitted next to your RV. Companion vehicles must be parked in the general parking area at PNC Field. Towed vehicles (RV towed by a pickup, for example), must not exceed a combined length of 45’. Total space occupied by the RV (including awnings, extensions, furniture, grills, etc) may not exceed 20’ wide by 45’ deep. No electric is provided with the RV parking pass, though waste water removal is available daily for a fee.

RV Waste Removal / Water Refill

RV campers who require waste removal or a water refill should text message Carter at 607-373-9762 and he will accommodate.

Family Camping

There will be a family/quiet camping area in the campgrounds. Quiet hours will be enforced nightly from midnight through 7am.

ADA Camping

Enter at Gate 3 in the upper parking lot.

ADA Campers can begin checking in on Thursday, July 25 at 7:30am. ADA Camping closes Monday, July 29 at 12pm ET.

ADA Camping Check-in Instructions: As you pull into Gate 3, please have your Festival & Camping Wristbands on and Camping for Parking parking pass/hangtag affixed to the driver’s side windshield. If you or a person in the vehicle needs a festival ticket or a camping pass, please go to the Offsite Box Office at the Shoppes at Montage before heading up the Mountain.

After checking in, staff will direct you to the ADA Camping Area. Your gear will be searched.

Lost & Found

Lost & Found is located at the info booth by the entrance of the Peach stage lawn – between the Peach & Live For Live Music stages. See festival map here.

Medical + Security

24 hour medical service is available in the campground & RV Lots. Medical Service is also available during festival hours by each stage.

Recycling + Trash

Upon check-in, campers will get a black bag for trash and a clear bag for recycling. We encourage campers to place their trash/recycling along the edge of the service road in the campground for easy pickup.

Beer + Concessions

We will have a wide variety of craft, import and domestic beers. If you’re looking for mixed drinks, they are available at concession stands throughout the venue. The Peach will have a large selection of food including classic concert foods such as: hot dogs, Angus beef burgers, chicken fingers, pizza, french fries, funnel cake, gyros, fresh squeezed lemonade, water ice & more. We’ve also added festival favorites such as: portabella burgers, tacos, burritos, falafel, variety of wraps/sandwiches, rice bowls, perogies, smoothies, breakfast options, coffee, donuts, Thai food, gourmet grilled cheese, bbq plus a variety of vegetarian and vegan options.

Restrooms + Showers

Full service restrooms are available at the main level & lower level of the Montage Mountain Waterpark Lodge and the south plaza of the pavilion (by the Peach Stage). The lower level of the Montage Mountain Waterpark Lodge will be open 24 hours a day. Portable restrooms will be stationed through out the festival grounds & camping area. Hot showers & outdoor showers are available at the Montage Mountain Waterpark. Hot showers cost $5

Ice

Ice will be available at Camp HQ, at the lodge and RV parking area.

Lockers

Lockers are available for rent at the Lodge located inside the Waterpark.

Wildlife

Please be aware of your surroundings in the campground as related to wildlife – specific areas will be marked. Remember we are in the mountains in the Northeast, which hosts a variety of wildlife including insects, snakes, deer, turkeys, etc. Please do not approach any wildlife. Go to security for assistance. Additionally, keep a clean camp. Put all food in containers and put trash in bags provided for pickup. Leave no trace!

Day Parking

There is a very limited # of onsite day parking passes available here.

If you are parking only for the day & do not have an onsite day parking pass, please go to the PNC Field lot at 235 Montage Mountain Rd, Moosic, PA 18507

You can arrive starting at 2pm on July 25
This lot is for day parking only, please do not attempt to set up camp or sleep in your vehicle.

Offsite Parking

Campers without an onsite parking pass, you will be parking FREE of charge at the Davis St Lot – 740 Davis St, Scranton PA 18505

Once the Davis lot is full, the remainder of fans will park for FREE at GOLD LOT – 2 Glenmaura Dr. Moosic, PA 18507

Those parking offsite will be permitted onto the site on Thursday, July 25 at 7:30am ET (if you arrive earlier, you will be turned away).

All Day Parkers should go directly to PNC Field – 235 Montage Mountain Rd. Moosic, PA 18507 Day Parkers will be permitted into the offsite lots on Thursday, July 25 at 2pm (if you arrive earlier, you will be turned away).

Offsite Parking Shuttles will begin running to the festival grounds at 7:30am.

Please pay attention to all electronic road signs for the most up to date parking information.

DO NOT CAMP IN THESE PARKING LOTS, SURROUNDING LOTS OR NEIGHBORHOODS, AS YOU WILL BE FINED, TOWED & ARRESTED

Onsite Parking

A Parking Pass will be required to be permitted onsite with a vehicle. Only acceptable passes are: Onsite Parking for Camping Pass, Onsite Day Parking Pass, RV Pass, VIP Day Parking Pass, VIP Parking For Camping Pass, Glamping Parking, or ADA Camping Pass.

  • Onsite Parking for Camping will follow Montage Mountain Rd to signs for GATE 3
  • VIP Parking For Camping will follow Montage Mountain Rd to signs for GATE 3
  • VIP Day Parking will follow Montage Mountain Rd to GATE 2
  • ONSITE RV’s will follow Montage Mountain Rd to signs for GATE 1
  • ADA Camping will follow Montage Mountain Rd to signs for GATE 3 (please make sure you’ve coordinated with ADA@PeachMusicFest.com)
  • ADA Day Parking with plate/placard will follow Montage Mountain Rd to signs for GATE 2 Please note that once the Onsite ADA Parking is filled, ADA Fans will park for free in an ADA space offsite & take an ADA Shuttle to the festival grounds

Important note: Once you park onsite, you cannot leave and come back to park onsite. You will be directed to park in the offsite lots.

Offsite Parking Shuttles

Shuttles from the Gold & Davis St. Lots will be continuous 24/7 from Thursday, July 25 at 9am until Monday, July 29 at 12pm ET. Shuttles will run on a frequent loop during the times listed below. Outside of these times, shuttles will run much less frequently.

  • Thursday, July 25: starting at 7:30am for Campers
  • Friday, July 26: 11am – 3am
  • Saturday, July 27: 11am – 3am
  • Sunday, July 28: 11am – 11pm
  • Monday, July 29: 6am – Noon

All shuttles for offsite parking for camping will drop off and pick up at the TOP LOOP of Montage Mountain.

Hotel Shuttles

If you are staying in a hotel on Montage Mountain or Downtown Scranton, we will be offering a paid shuttle service during festival hours. 4-Day Shuttle Passes are $60(+fees). Single Day Shuttle Passes are $20 (+fees). Hotel Shuttles passes are available for purchase at each shuttle stop however quantities are limited.

Shuttles will run daily on a continuous loop between your hotel and the venue starting 30 minutes before music begins until 60 minutes after performances end each day (Thursday-Sunday).

These shuttles will drop off and pick up at Gate 1 next to RV camping. Shuttles are available from the following hotels:
  • Hampton Inn Montage Mountain and Comfort Suites
  • Towneplace Suites, Springhill Suites and Courtyard Wilkes Barre (Montage)
  • Hilton Downtown
  • Scranton Four Points Scranton
  • Courtyard Wilkes Barre Arena and Hilton Garden Inn
